Continuing education is a requirement of all agents in North Carolina, but I strive to stay ahead of the curve. I hold additional specialty designations, and have completed my Broker’s License Course Studies for North Carolina and South Carolina. About Julie
As a military spouse, I've had the opportunity to travel and move across the country. Our final move led us to the growing Charlotte area in 1995. Ever since, I have proudly called Charlotte my home and have loved living here. As a result of frequent relocations, I discovered my calling in real estate, driven by a desire to alleviate the emotional and stressful aspects of finding a "new" home for my clients. My focus is on creating a seamless and positive experience, whether buying or selling a home.
Originally from Pennsylvania- Go Steelers!!, I have truly come to love the Greater Charlotte Area. Matthews is where I have raised my children and watched them flourish. Currently, I am an empty nester, except for the company of my spoiled Goldendoodle, Sophie. Matthews offers the perfect blend of a small-town atmosphere and convenient access to the best of Charlotte.
With over 18+ years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a dedicated full-time agent licensed in both NC & SC. Throughout my career, I have assisted numerous buyers and sellers, consistently striving to help them achieve their real estate goals. I am committed to facilitating smooth a transaction and making it a fun and smooth process.
But it's not just about the business for me. I have a personal passion for supporting our heroes who serve our community and country and believe wholeheartedly in giving back. That's why, with every successful closing, I make a donation to an underprivileged classroom or the Warrior Canine Connection. It's my way of spreading positivity and making a difference.
When you work with me, you can expect the highest level of honesty, integrity, and customer service. I'm here to help you achieve your real estate goals, ensuring a smooth transaction and even some fun along the way. Let's team up and make your dreams a reality!

About DeAnn
After 30+ years in the Illinois cold and snow, a life-changing Raleigh opportunity popped up. It was a no-brainer after a brief pros and cons discussion . With two toddlers and elderly dog in tow, our little family moved cross-country into a second-floor apartment, sight unseen! After settling in, I quickly realized that working in marketing and events with odd hours was not conducive to raising our family in a new state with no family or friends around to assist. Being one to never 'not work', I had to think of something that allowed me to stay home with our kids. One Craigslist ad (offering small businesses help with their social media) later, I had found my first client - a real estate agent. It was a perfect way to be with my kids, meet new people, and learn the area! Eventually, a local mom/real estate coach needed a project manager. Once again, I found myself working in real estate. Less than a year later, by word of mouth, I was offered a remote marketing manager position for a top producing agent in Chicago. Loving it all, combined with my experience and interest in all things “home” - I wanted to take it a step further. As they say, “The rest is history.” My goal is to help both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs and to be an asset/ service to the community. Buying or selling a home can be a daunting venture -it is so important to educate, prepare, and be a good resource. I reside in Johnston County with my sweet family and pup. If I’m not reading, traveling, or planning the next party- I am tackling a DIY project before my family even realizes the project has started.

About Tammy
My name is Tammy Hanson. I was born in Concord, NC and have lived in the Piedmont area of North Carolina my entire life until moving to Carolina Beach in 1996. Prior to moving to the coast, I was living in Charlotte, NC where I had my two daughters. That is where I decided to go into Real Estate and became a REALTOR® in 1996. After moving to Carolina Beach, I received my Broker’s license in 2001.
For the past 30 years I have enjoyed practicing Real Estate in the tri-county area of the Cape Fear Region. After 25 years of beach life, we were ready for a slower pace and a taste of country living. My first transaction after moving here from Charlotte was a land sale in western Pender County for a family with horses. I have always thought this area was beautiful and loved the small-town appeal so in 2021 we moved to the town of Currie just outside of Burgaw along with our Grandson, 2 dogs, an Amazon Parrot, 19 chickens, 3 ducks and 2 cats. Yes, we traded city life for farm life, but the beach is still part of our regular routine. We love western Pender County, and it is only 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington. Since moving here I love volunteering at my Grandson's elementary school. I am also a club leader for the Pender County 4H Robotics Club and have recently become a member of the Burgaw Rotary Club.
Real Estate sales and making people’s investment and home dreams come true has always been my first love in this business. Whether you are looking for a new home, second home or investment property this area has a property to suit your needs. As a former property manager, I can assist you with the right property for your investment. I make every effort to communicate and listen to my clients to establish their needs and wants in a property search. I believe this will save them time and stress during this process. If you are considering a change in latitude, give me a call and let me help make your dreams come true!
About Candice
As a native to Mills River and a ninth-generation Western North Carolinian, I love our area! I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University. I pride myself in providing genuine care and customer service for my clients, listening and customizing each experience. Whether you’re new to the area or looking to relocate within it, I will help you navigate the process from start to finish. When I'm not working with clients, I love to spend time with my husband, Cody, and our dog, Abigail. We walk at the local parks, golf, and frequent our favorite restaurants in Hendersonville.

About Beau
12 Year Winner of the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award
10 Year Circle of Honor Award Winner
A Realtor since 2006, Beau has seen Charlotte grow by leaps and bounds. He came to the Carolinas in the mid 90's as a Commercial Actor and met his wife while performing a musical production. After landing in Charlotte, he felt he was finally home and knew this is where he wanted to plant roots and raise a family. He transitioned into a Sales & Marketing career and within a few years built the largest service route of it's type in the Charlotte metro area.
While purchasing his first home with his wife, Beau discovered how extremely important is was to have an advocate at your side to walk you through that exciting and emotional process. It was that experience that actually drove him to enter the Real Estate Profession where he felt his skills could best be utilized and thrive. He's convinced that the very best agents are the ones that care, consult, guide, and ultimately help you make good decisions. And that's exactly how he runs his business! Beau loves his job and his sales numbers reflect his strong performance. He has received the Circle of Honor Award for nine straight years and is an 11 year winner of the Five Star Real Estate Agent award.
When Beau is not working, he is usually with his family, at the gym, learning new technology, or at church where he sometimes serves in the drama ministry.
